DELIVERY POLICY
We can deliver a Butcher’s box to most of the UK mainland.

At the moment, the only places our courier service can’t reach are the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the  Isles of Scilly and the Republic of Ireland. We don’t deliver to the following postcodes because we can't guarantee reaching them within 24 hours: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. 

If you live in a remote part of the country and are worried we may have problems getting to you, please contact us before placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at £9.50, with free delivery for all orders of £150.00 and over. 
We can also offer special deliveries if required, contact us for more information .

When will you deliver?

We deliver from between 9am and 4pm, Wednesday and Thursday and on Saturdays by special arrangement. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home, your place of work or to another address. When you place your order, you can enter any special instructions for the driver if you aren't at home when they arrive: for example, you can ask for your box to be delivered to a neighbour, or specify if you want it left in your porch.

How will my order be packaged?

We use technologically-advanced packaging, which has undergone robust testing to ensure your meat arrives at the correct temperature. We use ice packs, wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside a lining that is then sealed in a recyclable cardboard box. This method of packaging means both chilled and frozen products will be at stable temperature until they reach you, to be placed into the fridge or freezer.

How will my order be delivered?

Our courier partners are APC, who we’ve found to offer the most reliable service. Once we have assembled your box for dispatch, they will collect it from us and take it to a central hub from where it will be delivered to you.  At the point of collection, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details. Deliveries are made until 4pm but can sometimes run later than this.
