The deservedly ever-popular Pork Belly is best roasted low and slow on the bone for succulent meat that's juicy, full of flavour and of course produces perfect crispy crackling.

Prepare & Use
Oven cook - From Chilled:
Conventional Oven 200°C 25-30 mins.
Fan Oven 180°C 25-30 mins.
Gas Oven 6 25-30 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray in centre of oven.
Heat until piping hot.
Serve with sauce on the side.
Barbecue - From Chilled:
Take extra care when barbecuing. For a smokier flavour cook first and barbecue to finish.
Cut to weight and sealed on the day the order is despatched
